MangoClips is an AI platform for video content creation that allows users to:

• Create videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts using artificial intelligence
• Automatically generate script ideas, captions, and voiceovers
• Translate content into various languages
• Publish created content on various platforms, including YouTube

3. Registration and Account

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of consent in your jurisdiction)
• Create an account by providing accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Be responsible for all activities occurring under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payments and Subscriptions

4.1 Pricing Plans

We offer various pricing plans with monthly and annual payments, as well as a lifetime subscription. Prices and conditions for each plan are specified on the pricing page.

4.2 Payments

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Payments are charged in advance according to the selected pricing plan
• Prices may be changed, but changes will not affect current active subscriptions until they expire

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are made according to the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase
• Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable after activation

4.4 Credits

• Some Service features require credit consumption
• Credits are awarded according to your pricing plan
• Trial period credits expire after 7 days
• Additional credits expire 180 days after purchase
• Unused credits do not carry over to the next period unless otherwise stated

• Creating illegal, harmful, fraudulent, offensive, or discriminatory content
• Creating content that may harm minors
• Distributing viruses, malware, or other destructive code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Using automated means to create multiple accounts
• Using the Service for spam or unsolicited bulk communications

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with social media platforms, including YouTube, VK, and others. By using these integrations:

• You agree to the terms of use of the respective platforms
• You provide us with necessary permissions to publish content on your behalf
• You understand that content publishing is governed by the policies of the respective platforms
• We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will operate without errors or interruptions
• The Service will meet your requirements
• Results obtained using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MangoClips is not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business reputation
• Actions or inactions of third-party platforms
• Content created by users using the Service

Our total liability does not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You have violated these Terms of Service
• You are using the Service unlawfully
• Required by law
• You have requested account deletion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and we may delete your account and content.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or through a notification in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Russian Federation.

13. YouTube API Services

If you connect a YouTube channel to MangoClips, the following additional terms apply:

• By using YouTube integration features, you also agree to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
• Information received through Google services is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• You may upload to YouTube only videos that you own or for which you hold all necessary rights to publish. You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the Service.
• You may revoke MangoClips' access to your Google account at any time by disconnecting your YouTube account inside MangoClips or by visiting your Google account permissions page.
